Real Estate

Meera Investments and VCon have played a key role in Uganda’s urban development, driving large-scale real estate projects that shape the country’s commercial, residential and mixed-use landscapes. As one of Uganda’s largest real estate developers, Meera Investments has spearheaded the construction of iconic properties, including Kingdom Kampala, Kampala Boulevard, Hardware City, Market Plaza and Speke Apartments, among others.

VCon, the Group’s construction arm, ensures the highest standards in design, engineering, and execution across commercial, residential and hospitality developments. Completed projects include the Speke Apartments, Kingdom Kampala and Speke Resort Convention Center. Victoria University, established in 2013, offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. As a cosmopolitan institution, it is accredited by the National Council for Higher Education. Floriculture

Rosebud Ltd. and Premier Roses are Uganda’s leading producers and exporters of high-quality flowers, positioning the country as a key player in the global floriculture market.

With expansive, state-of-the-art greenhouses covering hundreds of hectares, these farms produce millions of stems annually, supplying premium roses to major international markets, including Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Recruitment

Premier Recruitment is a leading Ugandan recruitment agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with employment opportunities both domestically and internationally. Licensed by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, the company specialises in placing candidates across various sectors, including security services, hospitality, accounting, marketing, legal, construction, and oil and gas. Premier Recruitment is committed to addressing the high unemployment rate in Uganda by facilitating job placements that align with individuals’ skills and career aspirations.

Inaries Recruitment Services focuses on preparing Ugandan migrant workers for successful employment abroad through comprehensive pre-departure training programs. Accredited by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, Inaries ensures that domestic service workers, particularly housemaids, receive essential training before their overseas assignments. Prime Finance Limited, founded in 2014, operates as a credit-only microfinance institution dedicated to providing financial solutions that empower individuals and businesses to achieve their investment goals. Specialising in investment financing and loan services, Prime Finance offers a range of products, including civil servant loans, SME logbook secured loans, SME loans and salary loans, tailored to meet diverse client needs. With a focus on accessibility and efficiency, clients can acquire loans within 24 hours of application, facilitating timely support for their financial endeavors.

Operating independently, both Goldstar Insurance and Premier Credit Limited are committed to delivering exceptional services in their respective sectors, contributing significantly to Uganda’s financial landscape.

Foundation

Ruparelia Foundation: With a vision to create a positive and transformative change in the community, Dr. and Mrs. Sudhir Ruparelia established Ruparelia Foundation in 2012 on a simple belief that we can achieve a lot when we work together.

Basing on our catchphrase “Enriching Lives Together”, for the past seven years the Foundation has worked together with several people championing positive change in different communities across Uganda.

To achieve our goal of having improved livelihoods in society, the Foundation works to improve a solution directly or with strategic partners from the business, government and non-profit sector.

Our focus areas include health care, education, sports, wildlife and environment conservation, disaster relief, startup and general welfare. In all our works to create a positive and transformative change in the community, we look at making a real difference in the course of the present day but also have a sustainable plan for every initiative carried out.
